How to Make An Appointment
To make an appointment or get a second opinion, call (713) 797-1900 or complete an appointment request form.
The most common way to become our patient is through a physician referral. Normally, you are referred to us by one of your current physicians. We also welcome the opportunity to provide second opinions. However, if you are a self-referred patient, it will be your responsibility to obtain all your records related to your diagnosis prior to your appointment. An information packet will then be mailed to you for completion. We know how stressful the initial diagnosis of cancer is, and we strive to keep the waiting time for an appointment as short as possible. Once you make an appointment, the full spectrum of our services–from the latest genomic sequencing and tumor profiling service and targeted treatments to a broad access to cutting-edge clinical trials–will be made available for your healing.
